Holder Mathias extends partnership alongside practice-wide promotions.
International award-winning architects, Holder Mathias has made a series of significant promotions to strengthen the practice for the future.
Former Director, Max Poole has joined the partnership after 15 years with the practice working on a series of retail-led, town centre mixed-use schemes. As part of his new role, Max will continue to lead the London studio whilst working with the partnership to consolidate Holder Mathias’s reputation as a practice that builds on its ethos of ‘designing with leisure in mind,’ transforming retail projects into vibrant, varied destinations.
Holder Mathias has also promoted Chris Hall and Ashley Merrick from Associate Director to Director, strengthening the management of the London and Cardiff studios respectively. Mike Hoehenwarter and Bianca Mader have been made Associates in London, capitalising on their ability to lead demanding projects, whilst Dean Lazenby steps up to Associate in Cardiff in recognition of his role in managing the practice’s BIM programme.
