Michael Hoehenwarter
Associate DirectorMichael has substantial experience working in the residential and education sectors, both with new build and refurbishment schemes and has worked on a number of civic and leisure projects. Mike has strong design and technical skills and has delivered a number of projects from the conceptual stages through to handover.
His strong design, coordination and detailing skills, along with significant on-site experience, are invaluable to the projects that he works on. He has an excellent knowledge of the Buildings Regulations, CDM Regulations and Planning processes, with substantial experience of BREEAM and ‘Secured by Design’ applications.
