Extensive remodelling and extension the 70s Ashford Leisure Centre

The existing 25m pool and changing village was completely upgraded whilst new, state of the art, leisure pools, flumes, spa and gym were constructed.  The brief from Ashford Borough Council was to design a real contribution to improving perception of the town and, in their own words, "you will not find a better looking leisure centre anywhere." The Stour Centre has become a hugely popular local attraction.
