Award winning offices in Cardiff Bay

Holder Mathias was responsible for the design and construction of award winning Atradius Building. The design, which provides approximately 107,000 sq ft of offices with an undercroft accommodating 92 cars, is centred around a central atrium providing efficient circulation.  The concept reflects the culture of the company and its requirement for a ‘remarkable and timeless building’.  The building is located in a prime position on the water’s edge and the design takes its influence from its maritime setting.
