Boka Place, Porto Montenegro

For the latest development within the Porto Montenegro estate, Holder Mathias was tasked to consider the concept design of this new urban quarter with SIRO, Kerzner International’s new wellness hotel concept, at its heart.

The largest scaled buildings on the estate, the design language created a contemporary architectural approach with distinct nods towards the local Adriatic coastal village vernacular with a specific emphasis on the impact of the buildings on the streets, squares and courtyards within the scheme.

Atellior were the Interior Designers working alongside us, with Gillespies responsible for landscape design.
