Castel Guelfo

Holder Mathias developed the concept for Castel Guelfo for Morrison Outlets in 2002. Although the centre was subsequently developed to the practice’s design by others the developer, Pantheon, always credited Holder Mathias with authorship of the design. The scheme was subsequently sold to Neinver who operate it as part of their Style Outlets portfolio.
