The central facilities of Finlake Holiday Park are located at the heart of the park site, acting as the social and activity centre

These buildings are the primary destination for guests visiting from outside the site, accessed by the main road running from the park entrance.

The existing facilities incorporate a swimming pool, gymnasium, fitness studio, spa steam facilities, sauna, spa treatment rooms, food and beverage offers and a conference centre. These facilities form a series of buildings stepped into the hillside.
