Remodelling a shopping centre while trading continues

The late 70´s, Forum Steglitz was outdated, claustrophobic and poorly equipped to compete with newer developments in the district. Holder Mathias developed a concept for remodelling the centre providing it with a new contemporary frontage, significantly improved internal circulation and natural light. The refurbishment provides improved, larger retail units and enhanced car parking. The building’s M&E systems were renewed and existing asbestos removed without loss of a single day’s trading. The refurbishment has transformed the financial performance of the centre.
