Located on the outskirts of Merthyr Tydfil in the South Wales valleys, and on the doorstep of the Brecon Beacons, Holder Mathias designed the masterplan for a brand new indoor leisure resort, with at its heart what will become the longest indoor Snow Centre in the UK, and the only one which will be FIS accredited.

In support of this, a Waterpark, indoor and outdoor activity centre will be provided, along with predominantly hotel-led accommodation offer, and heritage and nature trails linking the development to the wider surroundings.
