Victoria Wharf is a 450 apartment development on the water’s edge in Cardiff Bay designed by Holder Mathias for Taylor Wimpey homes building a long and successful working relationship between the two companies. Each apartment block has been designed to maximise river views and create landscaped courtyards at river walk level.
