The Wales Designer Outlet development is the first development in Europe to combine a designer outlet centre with a major integrated leisure element. Holder Mathias, leisure specialists, designed the original 15,000sqm retail outlet and has since extended it to 25,000sqm. The shopping streets link directly to the food court, multiplex cinema, play areas and parking. The prismatic glass block tower to the cinema has created a dramatic landmark and provides a spectacular visual statement, clearly visible from the M4 motorway.
