Holder Mathias’ £25m Urban Village Development for Coastal Housing wins mixed-use development of the year!

Holder Mathias is delighted that their £25m Urban Village Development for Coastal Housing, in Swansea City Centre, has been named mixed-use development of the year at the 2014 Placemaking Awards.

Terry Morley, partner and lead architect for the scheme at Holder Mathias says ‘With the next phase of the project due to commence shortly, along with the near completion of our Castle Quarter development and a range of other projects underway in Swansea’s city centre, it is an exciting time.

‘With the first phase of the scheme complete and already transforming the areas into vibrant commercial environments for shopping, eating and working we are delighted to be working with Costal Housing designing residential-led mixed-use schemes that will introduce vitality into this area regenerating the area physically, social and economically’.
