Park Lane comprises four luxury apartments above ground and basement commercial unit.
The original Regency townhouse was converted by Sir Edwin Lutyens in the early C20th and was in the headlines when a group of squatters held an illegal rave resulting in 2,000 revellers, riot police and the closure of Park Lane. The rave left the building in tatters, and was subsequently entered on the Heritage At Risk register. The scheme repairs the damage, reverses a series of insensitive refurbishments and creates high quality contemporary living spaces suitable for the high end rental market.
